how to make a link sway and move

how to make a link sway and move-in to make our blog better withanimations that are in our blog, our blog would be nice if we love arocking animation link. by adding a link scripye swing later in theblog link will sway if the cursor is in place on top of existing text link.you can easily add in all the blogs. just simple steps alone.
A. go to your blog dashboard
2. to the design tab
3. go to edit html
4. check expand widget
5. Find the code </ head>
6. enter the code below in the code </ head>
